• Daily photo updates so you can stay connected

What to Bring
• Your cat's usual food (wet, dry, or mixed)
• Any medication, clearly labeled with instructions
• A secure carrier for drop off and pickup
To maintain a consistent and clean environment for our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring blankets, beds, toys, or other personal items.
Passports are only required if your cat will be traveling internationally after their stay.
Booking Notes
• Payment is due prior to drop-off (bank transfer or cash)
• Late pick-up after 3 pm counts as one additional night
Supervision & Care
Every guest is cared for with love and attention by Michelle (and assistant Ida) in a calm, secure, and nurturing setting.
• Cats from different families are never mixed
• Only one family booking is hosted at a time (or two if fully separated), ensuring peace and comfort
• Each cat is carefully observed and supported at their own pace for adjustment and well-being

2 Rabbits / Guinea Pigs (Same Family) - 80 AED Per Night
Prices are per night and include full supervision, daily photo updates, cozy resting areas, and a calm comfortable environment.

What to Bring
Please bring your bunny's carrier, pellets, and hay.
We provide everything else including fresh water, bedding, and toys.
To keep the environment clean and consistent for all guests, we kindly ask that personal items such as blankets, cages, or other belongings are not brought along.

Cleaning and Care
All bird areas are cleaned and sanitized daily to maintain a fresh and healthy environment.
Fruits and vegetables are prepared each morning, and cages are cleaned in the evening before bedtime.
The bird room is bright, airy, and smoke free, providing a peaceful and nurturing atmosphere.
Safety & Separation
Birds are given free time to fly and play under close supervision but are always kept separate from other guests.
At night, each bird rests in its own cage to ensure calm and comfort.
Windows remain secured, and the environment stays quiet and stress free for all feathered guests.

FAQ
Pick Up & Drop Off
Pick up and drop off hours are from 7 am to 3 pm daily.
Any pick up after 3 pm is considered an additional night to ensure calm scheduling and smooth transitions between guests.
Can I visit before booking?
To maintain a calm and secure environment, we don't offer in-person visits.
You'll receive daily photo updates during your cat's stay so you can stay connected and reassured that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
Do you mix cats?
No. Cats from different families are never mixed. We accommodate one family at a time, with (or two if fully separated), ensuring every cat enjoys a calm and private environment.
Do you provide food?
Owners provide their cat’s usual food to maintain consistency and comfort.
